Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TubShroom products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in clean, resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
